Kashio is an AI-powered platform that helps users review financial transactions, identify potential tax deductions, and generate exportable reports.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Kashio.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, use Kashio lawfully, keep your account secure, and not misuse, copy, reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to Kashio.

4. No Financial, Tax, or Legal Advice

Kashio does not provide financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Kashio provides general AI-generated insights only. You should consult a qualified accountant, tax agent, financial adviser, or legal professional before relying on any output.

5. AI-Generated Insights

Kashio uses artificial intelligence and rule-based logic to generate insights. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your circumstances.

6. User Responsibility for Tax Claims

You are solely responsible for reviewing all insights, confirming eligibility of deductions, maintaining appropriate records, and ensuring compliance with Australian tax laws and Australian Taxation Office requirements.

7. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and all activity under your account.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

Kashio may offer paid subscriptions. Fees are displayed at the time of purchase and may be billed monthly or as otherwise stated. Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Stripe.

9. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Unless otherwise stated, access continues until the end of the current billing period.

10. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy and applicable Australian consumer laws.

11. Data Accuracy

Kashio relies on the information and transaction data you provide. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any insight, report, category, deduction estimate, or export.

12. Acceptable Use

You must not use Kashio for unlawful purposes, upload malicious files, interfere with platform security, scrape or copy the platform, or use Kashio in a way that may harm other users or the service.

13. Service Availability

We aim to keep Kashio available but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kashio is not liable for financial loss, tax penalties, lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or decisions made based on Kashio outputs.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse the platform, fail to pay applicable fees, or create security or legal risk.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Kashio means you accept the updated Terms.
